Shipping & Returns

All orders are prepared within 2-3 business days starting from the order confirmation date. When shipping your order, we will send an email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been shipped.

Delivery times in the table below are estimates and apply to in stock products only. An estimated shipping time for your order will be available to view on the checkout page before you confirm payment.

 

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, so if something is not as quite as you had hoped, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the date you received it, provided the return conditions specified below are met.

• Items returned must be in their original packaging and unused original condition, with all Boltenstern item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

• Boltenstern does not accept any liabilities for goods which have been damaged or lost upon transit. All faulty items will be replaced at our expense with the originally purchased item.

Upon receipt of items, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
