GENERAL INFORMATION

We would love you to love your BOLTENSTERN purchase, so if something is not as quite as you had hoped, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the date you received it, provided the return conditions specified below are met.


RETURN CONDITIONS

Items returned must be in their original packaging and unused original condition, with all BOLTENSTERN item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything BOLTENSTERN reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
BOLTENSTERN does not accept any liabilities for goods which have been damaged or lost upon transit.
Please note that all sale and discounted items are final sale and therefore not eligible for exchange or return.
Personalised or embossed jewellery items cannot be returned.
Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted with the discretion of BOLTENSTERN.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS

All returns shipments are the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for. We recommend you use an insured and recorded delivery service. Please retain all receipts for proof of postage and tracking, as the parcel remains within your responsibility until it reaches BOLTENSTERN in Austria. All International taxes and duties charges will not be covered by BOLTENSTERN. Please note when returning an order that included complimentary shipping, the price stated on our deliveries page for your shipping country will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGE

If you need to exchange your item, please contact shop@boltenstern.com and return it by following the instructions given. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. A shipping charge for your country zone will be applied for the re-delivery of all exchanged item.



RECEIVING A REFUND

On receipt of a return, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment as soon as possible. BOLTENSTERN does not accept liability for the length of time for banks to process refunds. The maximum time stated is no longer than 30 days. Please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund. After 30 days, please contact your credit card company and your bank first. If you still have not received your refund, please contact BOLTENSTERN at shop@boltenstern.com.



GIFT RETURNS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your items, we will email your refund in the form of an electronic gift card. BOLTENSTERN gift cards can be used to purchase all available item on boltenstern.com.



FAULTY GOODS

Faulty goods are being classified as faulty if they have been received damaged or a manufacturing fault has occurred within one year after purchasing. Before each parcel leaves, it is fully checked by BOLTENSTERN customer services. If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us immediately. If you fail to do so within 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse liability to accept the product as damaged in transit. All faulty items will be replaced at BOLTENSTERN expense with the originally purchased item. If this is not possible a full refund will be made.
